Post Natal Pilates

Postnatal Pilates is designed to help you safely return to exercise after having your baby. Classes focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture, easing common postnatal aches and pains, and restoring mobility and confidence in your body.

These relaxed, welcoming classes are suitable for all fitness levels, with babies welcome up to crawling age. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other local mums while taking some time for yourself and your wellbeing.

Wednesdays 10:00–11:00am | Babies welcome | Suitable from 6 weeks (or 10–12 weeks following a C-section, with medical clearance). 💕🧘‍♀️👶
